Cancellation Policy
To make your experience on the water enjoyable, we recommend you bring:
- Appropriate clothing for the weather (remember it can be much cooler on the water. Layers are often best)
- Non-marking Soft soled shoes
- Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
- Your food and drink (beer and wine IN MODERATION ONLY - No liquor please)
- Personal medications & sea-sick preventatives
- Absolutely NO MARIJUANA! (it is illegal federally and we operate under USCG rules and are member of the Maritime Consortium)

Cancellation Policy
Captain reserves the right to cancel the trip for any reason. If the captain cancels the trip due to weather or any other safety reason, guests will have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund of any deposit given. We ask that all parties cancel 5 days prior to scheduled trip or risk forfeiting any deposit given.
If the captain cancels the trip due to noncompliance with directions, guests will forfeit any funds paid.
